Folder Liquor Coffee
10oz Latte Glass
2 Shots Espresso
1 shot select liquor (see below for options)
1 tea spoon brown sugar
Mix together
Fill Cup with Hot Water 2cm from top
Shake 75ml cream with ½ scoop of ice until cream is thick pouring consistency
Layer on top of coffee using back of spoon
Garnish with 3 coffee beans
