Build in Glass - Squeeze 6 Lime Wedges

Add 8 Mint leaves (depends on size)

add crushed ice to glass

50ml Bacardi Rum

25ml sugar syrup

25ml lime juice

25ml Fruit Puree (if fruit mojito)

topped with Soda

Garnish Lime wedge and Mint Sprig - two straws
