(Note : Punch made in bulk at least day before - receipe below)

200ml punch mix over Ice (single long ice cube) in Tiki glass

Garnish with Lime Wedge

Punch Mix made in advance (measurements enough for 10 cocktails)

(Note : Punch made in bulk at least day before)

470ml whole milk

940ml brewed black tea

300ml Bacardi Rum

300ml Ruby Port

170g sugar

150ml lemon juice 

 

METHOD -

1. Mix all ingredients except the milk in a pitcher until the sugar is dissolved.

2. Add the milk to a separate, larger bowl.

3. Slowly pour the punch mixture into the milk and stir gently.

4. Let it sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

5. Strain through a cheese cloth

6. Pass the liquid through the cloth again if necessary or through coffee filter 

7. Bottle and refrigerate. Serve over a large ice cube.
