QUALIFYING ROLES.

HOTEL DISCOUNTS

  • Restaurant Food 40% OFF FOOD (a la carte menu only) + SOFT DRINKS (up to 8 people per table) if more than 8: divide by total table number and x (times) by 8. Available Sunday-Friday
  • Function, Food and Room Hire 20% - at discretion of head of weddings and events and must be employee’s event. Free room hire for more than 50 guests.
  • For discount on weddings, please see Lynsey Hewitson or Robert Kyle as this is at their discretion.
  • £5.00 discount per ticket for Tribute / Comedy Nights. Subject to maximum 10 per member of staff for each event.
  • 55min spa treatment 50% OFF (Max 2 slots available to book by staff members at discounted rate, Monday – Friday, discount applies to staff member only)(This incentive is still subject to Spa Management discretion).
  • Accommodation: 50% off current flexi B & B rate. Maximum 3 rooms available to book by staff at discounted rate per hotel per night. Discount applies to staff members room only. For example, you can go to the Hetland on a Sunday at 50% off bed and breakfast and also enjoy 40% off your food and soft drinks.

 

FURTHER INCENTIVES

  • Gratuities will be paid to all operational staff
  • Staff to receive same level of discount directly from the company of any deals on offer for RAD Reward customers through deal website.
  • £250 added to RAD REWARDS Staff Card on anniversary of each 5 years service – starting from July 2021.
  • £50 Added onto RAD Card on employee birthday to enjoy a birthday dinner on us.
  • Mileage allowance. Terms and conditions apply.
  • Food Research Fund applicable to certain members of senior management.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Restaurant Food exemptions : NO STAFF DISCOUNT WILL APPLY ON THE FOLLOWING DATES : Key dates (7) : Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, Boxing Day, Hogmanay,  New Years Day, Valentines Day
  • Staff discounts can only be given to staff who are still employed by the company at the time the discount applies. e.: If a Staff member books an incentive and then leaves the company the discount will not be applicable and the staff member must pay full price of all services received.
  • Staff members must book the incentive personally giving details of name, location worked, number of people in the party.
  • Staff member will be required to produce their RAD Rewards Card upon arrival this card is programmed to identify you as a staff member of RAD or a recent payslip can be shown together with ID. You will l also be required to sign and print name on the receipt/bill of sale at time of payment.
  • Staff member must be present. Discounts cannot be transferred to other non-staff members

THE RAD HOTEL GROUP INCENTIVE PACKAGE WILL BE REVIEWED ANNUALLY WITH EFFECT FROM 01 JULY 2022
